The list of all the deductees created in this software can be viewed by clicking on Setup > then Deductee List :
The following screen will appear:
The user can select either ‘All’ or a particular company for which the deductee list is required.
Click on Show Report, the following report will be generated:-
Once the report is generated, one can print, save and export the report.
In order to view the report in the Excel file, click on ‘Export to Excel’ :
The report generated will get exported to Excel, as shown below:
In order to view the report in the CSV file, click on ‘Export to CSV’ :
The report generated will get exported to CSV, as shown below :
